1. Nature of Services

Amanda Merdzan provides specialised mixing and mastering services for independent and major-label artists. Given the unique creative and technical requirements of each project, services are provided on a bespoke basis. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and financial terms for your project will be outlined in a separate, individual Service Contract or via written agreement (email).

2. Individual Project Agreements

Each project is governed by its own specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these general website terms and your individual project contract, the terms of the individual contract shall prevail. This includes, but is not limited to:

The number of included revisions.
Delivery formats
Payment schedules and deposit requirements.

3. Intellectual Property & Credits

Client retains all rights to the underlying musical compositions. Amanda Merdzan retains the right to be credited as the Mixing/Mastering Engineer as per the metadata standards of the project. Unless otherwise agreed upon in your individual contract, I reserve the right to list the project in my professional portfolio and credit databases such as Muso.AI, AllMusic and Discogs.

4. File Retention

While I maintain internal backups of active projects, clients are responsible for the long-term archival of their original session files and final stems. Specific data retention periods can be defined in your individual agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amanda Merdzan's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, as outlined in your individual contract.
